Garmin Index Sleep Monitor

Garmin Index Sleep Monitor

Finally, a sleep tracker designed for people who actually want to sleep – without subscription fees.

Most sleep trackers are terrible at the one thing they’re supposed to help with – sleep. But the Garmin Index Sleep Monitor is different.

Chunky watches digging into your wrist, bright screens lighting up your bedroom and irritating, uncomfortable bands. Not exactly sleep-inducing.

The Fix You’ve Been Waiting For

The Garmin Index Sleep Monitor sits comfortably on your upper arm and tracks everything serious athletes care about: sleep stages, HRV status, SpO2 levels, breathing patterns, skin temperature and stress levels.

It calculates a comprehensive sleep score and feeds all that data into your existing Garmin ecosystem.

The arm band is available in S/M and L/XL sizes for the most comfortable fit. It’s 70% nylon/30% spandex, making it thin, breathable, and stretchy. And it’s machine-washable because nobody wants a smelly sleep tracker.

Sizing Guide

To ensure the best fit and most accurate data, measure the circumference of your upper arm (mid-bicep) and choose the size that matches your measurement:

  • S–M: Fits upper-arm circumferences of 20–29 cm (8.0”–11.7”)
  • L–XL: Fits upper-arm circumferences of 26–42 cm (10.5”–16.6”)

If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed feel during sleep.

Convenient Features

The battery lasts for 7 nights with continuous monitoring – no nightly charging ritual required.

The smart wake alarm gently vibrates during light sleep phases so you wake up refreshed instead of groggy.

Women gain valuable insights with menstrual cycle tracking and ovulation estimates, informed by skin temperature data.

Plays Nice With Your Garmin Setup

The Garmin Index Sleep Monitor syncs seamlessly with your Garmin watch to fill in the gaps if you prefer not sleeping with a computer strapped to your wrist. Your Body Battery, Training Readiness and Recovery metrics provide the complete picture they need.

Best of all – no subscription fees, ever – buy it once and get better sleep data forever.

Sometimes the best tech is the tech you forget you’re wearing.
