RAD Helix
The RAD Helix was designed/inspired by DNA (think DNA helix) and has a low back extension and muscular release dialed. This roller puts a twist on most therapy rollers out there with it's arched design (again to "replicate a double helix") the "building blocks of the body". This particular roller is key on unlocking stiffness on two planes and aide in flushing out toxins to promote healthy, open posture. We could all use a little help with that!

How to Use RAD Helix:
After our workouts, we like to make time (yes...this means you need to make time!!) to stretch and roll out the legs and back. We usually try and roll out 3-4 times per week if you're an athlete that runs tight. Start in very small amounts of time and work into a routine. Your body will thank you!
