We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Feed; if you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your return package.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
