How to Use SLT07:
Drop a tablet – or half – in 500ml of water, shake well, and drink.
During vigorous activity and in hot conditions, some of us are saltier sweaters than others. These effervescent tablets are dual-dosage, meaning you can use a whole tablet if you sweat heavily or are exercising in hot conditions OR half if you don’t sweat a lot and the conditions are mild.
